I was around 10 years old, I was reading my Bible becasue "thats how I was taught" but I had no real relationship with God and did not understand scripture. But this one time it was like a whole new feeling of joy came over me and the words I was reading actually made sense, they gave me a peace that I had never known. I remember being suprise that the scriptures I was reading were so real to me finally...at the time I knew God was doing somthing in my life but I would not realize until years later that it was the moment of my regeneration.

I am now the same as I was then, a weak and needy sinner that lives day by day to praise the King that gave me life. My pursuit now is to kill my pride and to daily become more Holy by the renewing of my mind in his Word.

My Christian life has changed dramatically since it pleased my Lord to reveal these truths to me. To Him be all Glory, I see his beauty like never before. I converted from an arminian to calvinist about two years ago.

I am currently reading 1 peter and 2 john, focusing most on 1 Peter right now.

I am also reading The life of David Brainerd by Johnathan Edwards.

Other than Christ it would be Ruth, I believe she was a Godly woman, she was strong yet humble. And I'll give Moses and honourable mention :)
