I love reading the Reformers, Puritans and Covenanters. I support the outreach work of the church I belong to. I love cooking and gardening, visiting with friends and walking. I teach French to some home-schooled children in our congregation. I enjoy attending conferences. I love sunshine and being out in God's creation. I'm also interested in healthy eating and healthy living. |

I was converted to Christ at the age of 20. I had been brought up as a Roman Catholic. I am conscious of much weakness in heart and life, but am so mindful of the Lord's goodness to me. By his grace, I do try to honour the Lord in all that I think, do and say. I am convinced that blessedness is in God only and that only a life lived for him is a life worth living. |

The truth of the sovereignty of God is a great comfort especially in a day of small things. He will build his church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I love to think on the truth that all things redound to his glory and that he will do all his pleasure and none can say unto him, What doest thou? It is so comforting to know that his sheep hear his voice and follow him and none can pluck us out of his hands. |

Yes, very often I only manage once in the day, but I am trying to be more consistent in having private worship twice a day - morning and evening. I read the books of the Bible consecutively, sometimes with a commentary, sometimes unaided. I also sing the Psalms and pray. |

I know that God's providence towards his people is full of wisdom and love. To have a godly husband and godly children would be such a blessing, but if God has purposed for me to remain single, I know he can so bless me in my soul, that I will feel no lack. |

I hope I'm most passionate about the glory of God. I really desire to grow in true holiness and experimental Christianity. As Thomas Brooks says, 'He does well that discourses of Christ; but he does infinitely better, that by experimental knowledge, feeds and lives on Christ.' And this prayer of Augustine sums it up: 'Thou, who art the light of the minds that know thee, the life of the souls that love thee, and the strength of the wills that serve thee, help us so to know thee that we may love thee, so to love thee that we may fully serve thee, whom to serve is perfect freedom.' Whilst I love the pursuit of piety, I'm not pietistic. I feel passionate that Christians should seek to advance the kingship of Christ in this world and seek to bring all aspects of life under his authority. My convictions about both post-millennialism and covenanting stir this passion in me! I believe that the solidly Christian education of covenant children is of great importance in this. |

Redemption in Christ Jesus and his Word wherein he makes himself known. My Christian friends. Belonging to a sound church with faithful preaching. If I were to name a fourth, I think it would be the writings of the Reformers, Puritans and Covenanters. |
|
I'm praying for a husband who loves the Lord and will lead me in seeking to live life to the glory of God. |

Probably my minister - it's been great to have God's word faithfully expounded and its application to all of life. If you'd like to see for yourself, go to www.loughbrickland.org and follow the link to Sermonaudio. |

I haven't been in a relationship as such. I've had a number of suitors and I corresponded with a couple of gentlemen in the past, but I found that we were doctrinally too divergent for me to be able to continue. I've learned the importance of being both doctrinally and tempermentally compatible. And I hope I'm learning to rest in God regarding his providential dealings with me in my life. |

Different verses and quotations have been a particular blessing at different times. I do love the Psalms and the Letters of Samuel Rutherford. 'That Christ and a forgiven sinner should be made one and share heaven between them, is the wonder of salvation; what more could love do?' |
|
I've been a Speech & Language Therapist for five years now. I love working with children, I just wish it were in a Christian context. |
|
To glorify God and enjoy him forever. If the Lord were to provide a family, I would love to homeschool my children that they would be strong in the Lord and bring their children up to serve the Lord even more faithfully. |

I was born in Dublin, Ireland. I spent a year in Germany, three years in England and have been in Northern Ireland for over ten years now. I have visited the USA twice. |

I love my family, but would be very happy to relocate for a husband who would provide godly headship. Regarding doctrine, I subscribe to the Westminster Confession of Faith. I am a member of the Reformed Presbyterian Church of Ireland and if I were to relocate I would like a church that subscribes to the WCF and also has purity of worship (unaccompanied exclusive Psalmody) or at least to work towards being in such a church. |
