I was 30 years old. I was saved by God in a conservative Lutheran church, but I am now reformed and baptist in theology. My Christian walk is strong in that I am weak and rely totally on Christ; or at least, He is teaching me to trust, submit, obey His Word and walk in His Spirit more every day.

Learning the doctrines of grace have deepened my gratitude to God and humbled me.

Yes, I read the Proverb of the day and read/study at least a chapter a day of Scripture, loosely (more slowly) following the M'Cheyne Bible reading calendar.

Aside from King Jesus, one of my favorites is Daniel because of his faithfulness to God in the midst of an overbearingly pagan culture.

Men have called me delightful, feminine, and a quality girl.

I believe that God's word pertains to and is sovereign over all of life and creation.

1) My life in Christ, 2) that God is my rock in the midst of troubles and struggles, 2) God's lovingkindness and mercies toward those on whom He has set His heart.

My first real introduction to the doctrines of grace and reformed theology (aside from the Bible) as a very new Christian was reading Reason to Believe by R.C. Sproul. I also enjoy Greg Bahnsen and the various books and audio presentations available through AmericanVision and VisionForum. I've amassed quite the home library over the past few years...but I love it!

I'd like to be productive in my life and do my little part, by God's grace, to advance God's kingdom "on earth as it is in heaven."

I was born in Spokane, Washington. I have traveled around the U.S. (and Canada and Mexico). I like most places.

My family are not Christians at this time. Most of my family are in Washington State, but my sister and brother-in-law live in North Carolina.

Unfortunately, I'm very allergic to cats. But otherwise healthy :-)
