I am now married to an amazing man I met on this website in October of '06. We chatted online through the website and then email for a few weeks then moved on to the phone for a while. We met each other in the middle of November and both knew that was it. We did the long distance thing until we got engaged in May. Then I packed up all my stuff and moved while planning a wedding in 8 weeks! The wedding was wonderful and now we're settling into married life (which is amazing!).
I am so grateful for this website. I never thought I'd be someone who met their spouse online, but it can definitely work! God can use the internet just like he can use college, mutual friends, church, etc. I was on this site for quite a few months before meeting my husband, so I encourage those of you who have been on here a while and still haven't met the one to not give up hope. God's timing is hardly ever our own!
