How old were you when you were drawn to Christ and how is your Christian walk these days?:	I "made a decision for Christ" at the age of 24, but my walk with the Lord was very inconsistent after that. It wasn't until three years ago that I finally came to understand the gospel and received it through personal repentance and faith. Since then (by God's grace) I have been steadily growing in knowledge, faith, and obedience.
How have the Doctrines of Grace changed or affected your life?:	It was only through these doctrines that I understood my true need for Christ.
Do you have a "Quiet Time?" What are you studying?:	I read the Bible every morning with "My Daily Bread" as a devotional guide.
Who is your favorite Biblical Character and why?:	I would love to be as close to Jesus as Mary was when she washed the feet of Jesus with her tears and wiped them with the hair of her head.
Are you content being single? Why? If not, why?:	I know that I am supposed to be content in all things, but I really struggle in this area because I long for companionship in my life and need a spiritual leader in my home.

What are you most passionate about?:	Seeking God and caring for my family.

Describe the character and personality traits you enjoy in another person? What are yours?:	The personality traits I enjoy in another person: Kind, caring, loving, understanding, trustworthy, fun to be around, and God-fearing. My personality traits: Loving, caring, kind, loyal, uncomplicated, straight-forward, and fun to be around.
Other than your parents, who has been the most influential person in your life and how?:	My Pastor because he has taught me so much (whether I wanted to learn it or not).
What contributed most to your previous relationship/marriage not continuing? How long have you been on your own since this relationship and what did you learn from the experience?:	I divorced my husband 23 years ago at a time when I was not walking with the Lord. I make no excuse for my sin. He has since remarried, so there is no possibility for reconciliation. Through the experience I have learned how important it is for Christ to be the Head of every home.
Do you have any favorite lines from movies, poems, songs, hymns or Scripture you would like to tell us about?:	"For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life." (John 3:16)
What type of work do/did you do? How long have you been/were you in that line of work? Do/you enjoy it?:	Over the past 30 years I have worked mostly as a prep-cook and in housekeeping. To be honest, I would rather take care of my home than go out to work.
Do you have any life-long goals? What are they?:	- Becoming a better Christian - Becoming someone's wife - Bringing my children to Christ
How do you enjoy your leisure time? What do you do for recreation?:	I watch too much TV because I have no husband to spend time with or do things with. Most of my church friends are married and have families. I don't like to intrude, so I spend a lot of time at home with my children.
My ideal place to live is:	In a small town
Where were you born and where have you traveled?:	I was born in Milwaukee (WI) and have travelled to Minnesota and Illinois. I would like to travel more.
Tell us about your family. How do you feel about relocating?:	I live with my children Jason (26), Tiffany (22), and Joshua (19). My daughter Jessica (17) lives with her father and visits every other weekend. My extended family also lives in the area, so I would prefer not to relocate. I am willing to consider it though.
