I grew up going to church with my family. Although I would have said I was Christian when I was young, I did not follow Christ. I was just religious. I thought that if I went to church and was a good person I would be alright. After I joined the Air Force, I fell away from my "religion" and lived life like any other unbeliever. This all changed when I got deployed to Iraq when I was 21. Through some less than ideal circumstances, God started to reveal Himself to me. I began seeking truth and a few months later I accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior.

My quiet time is usually in the evening before bed. I am currently working my way through the Gospels. I also like to study theology and read Christian books.

I am more content than I used to be. I have learned to find my happiness in God and be content with His providence and trust in His soveriegnty. With that said I would very much so like to be married but I will not accept anything less than God's will for my life.

I was born in New York. I moved to Las Cruces New Mexico when I was 7 and I have called it home since. I joined the Air Force when I was 17 and was sent to Germany for two years. I have had the pleasure of visiting Austria twice and loved every minute of it! After my tour in Germany I was stationed in Louisiana for a year and a half. I deployed from there to Iraq for four months. Iraq was not a pleasant time but it was special for me because it was there that God starting working in my life.
