I am nothing special just your typical guy. I like to hunt and fish. Anything else outside is good too. I have a garden. Both flower and veggie. I like to read reformed theology and study the word of God. I love kids they are a blessing from the Lord.

I am not really sure. I would say I was in grade school when I thought I wanted Christ but as I grew up other things in the world took over. I was a pretty typical country boy. I have now been reformed in heart and worship and have come back and growing daily by the grace of God. Sorry for all the ands but I read a lot of old reformers writings and they used lots of ands so I have a tendency to as well. I am a member at a great church that is not afraid to preach the whole council of God.
They are all that really matter now. I makes life so much easier.
I try every day but sometimes its hard. Besides my Bible I am reading a variety of reformed books. I am in the process of finishing one and starting another all the time. Many different authors from Calvin to Hodge and Spurgeon. I try to read as often as possible but having only one half of a team here it is difficult to get all the necessary work done and still have study time every day. It is getting easier though. I get some good family study time with my son the nights I have him. He gets some of it but he is not too interested, he'd rather play then have to sit and listen to dad but I make him anyhow.
I would have a tough time picking. My favorite seems to be the one that I am reading about at a given time. I tend to lean toward the women of the Bible. They had a tougher time with faith in the sense that they didn't have divine revelation most of the time and were therefore living under their husband and trusting his guidance.
No, man from the beginning was not meant to be single and the same goes for this one. The work required of a father and mother are much easier when the both of you are together and not divorced. It is better for the children to be raised with two godly role models to look up to. If necessary though I will remain single rather than trade my biblical standards for a wife.

Christ and being the most godly role model for my son I can be. If that means a husband and a father to other children then so be it but if I am not to remarry then my son is 2nd priority here on earth. The Lord being number one.

I like a gal that's warm. Likes to cuddle, is independent and strong in biblical doctrine. At the same time willing to submit to her godly husband. Definitely can't be afraid to work. I don't take kindly to a lazy person.

My marriage was ended because I just could not get along with my wife's boyfriend. We have been separated for over 2.5 years and divorced for 2. My most recent relationship has ended after just less than 9 months. Everything was going good till the ideas of Calvinism and a few other biblical things came back up after thinking we had them cleared up. I have learned from both relationships that Christ is first and nothing else.
I like psalm 31 and 1cor 13:4-8 There are many others but these are my favorites in it tells about my faith and the ways of love which is what we are on this site for.
I am currently starting a new job as, for now, an apprentice to a commodities broker. I hope to have my license with in a year but we will see how it goes. Its going to be a rough go of it for a while but there has never been anything that has stood in my way at a job that I couldn't climb over or bust through before so I am sure with the Lord's blessing this one won't be any different.

I was born in Wild Rose WI and raised in Waupaca WI. I have driven to FL and OH and have flown to Vegas. Other then that I have lived a perty sheltered life here in central WI.
I have very little family that would be hard to leave but there is my almost 5 year old boy who needs his daddy.
There are so many things that I enjoy to do but just don't have the time for. All of my activities are in some way benefit my family. I enjoy most things. You name it I have either tried it or am about to try it. I am all for being active.
If you are a Calvinist, which you should be if you are on here, that is seeking a husband that will lead and you are willing to follow. Also one that believes in exclusive Psalmody and thinks that Christmas and all other man made holy days are just that then drop me a line.
