Single- Never Married
I am a non-smoker
I rarely drink
Bachelor's degree
I would like to have children one day.

I grew up in a strong Christian home, accepted Christ as Savior when I was 6 years old and I rededicated my life to him when I was 15 years old. Today I would describe my christian walk as growing. My goal is to every day go deeper into knowledge and love of Christ, and that all of my actions would glorify Him and point others to Him.

Understanding the doctrines of grace have changed my life. I grew up in a PCA church and regularly heard about TULIP, but it was all head knowledge, it wasn't till I was older and started studying the doctrines of grace that it opened my eyes to the amazing work that God has accomplished. And I am always left wondering 'why did God choose me?' and I endeavor to live my life to glorify Him and show Him gratefulness for who He is and what He has done.

I try to have a daily quiet time, and have been reading through J.I. Packer's book "knowing God". It is a very deep book, but I have learned so much from it.

This is a hard question =) I would say that I am mostly content being single right now. I can see how God has used these years of singleness to allow me to focus on Him and serve Him in ways I never could if I was a wife and mother, and I am truly grateful for those opportunities, still it is my heart's desire to someday be married in God's perfect time.

compassionate, adventureous, loyal, thoughtful

I am most passionate about seeing God glorified, seeing His name lifted up, and seeing the lost and hurting come to a saving knowledge of Him. I have spent several months of this past year overseas doing medical missions, and that is very close to my heart. I am also passionate about orphan advocacy and caring for abandoned children.

God, family/friends, and health

Someone who loves God above anything else, has a sense of humor and adventure, is strong in their faith, good listener/communicator, faithful, and attentive.

Without a doubt, it would be my pastor's wife. She is an incredible, strong woman of God and God has used her mightily in my life. She is a faithful prayer warrior for me, always encouraging, and taking the time to meet with me regularly. God used her in my life several years ago to speak truth to me even when I did not want to hear it and was walking away from God. I am so grateful for the influence she has had on my life. I wouldn't be who i am today without her.

In both of my previous relationships, a big contributing factor was not having similar beliefs or desire to know God. I have been single (except for a few casual dates) for over 2 years. I learned so much from those experiences, and even while they were difficult and painful, I am grateful for them. I learned about myself and my tendencies through the relationships, and I also learned a lot about what I am looking for in a husband.

"Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, ambition inspired, and success achieved." - Helen Keller

I have been an RN since 2008 and I can't imagine doing any other kind of job. I have wanted to be a nurse since I was 4 years old, and it is even better/challenging/heartbreaking/inspiring than I could have imagined. I definitely enjoy my job and thank God for it every day.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, movies, traveling, spending time with friends, cooking, and almost anything outdoors.

I was born in Indiana and have lived in TN, MI, NC, and AR. I have traveled to Africa several times and spent 2 nights in Belgium.

I am from a very close-knit family. It would be extremely difficult to live long-term away from them, but if that is what God is calling me to, by His grace I would be happy to relocate.
