When I was 15, Christ drew me to Him with His irresistable love. It was not until I came to college that I discovered there were more facets to His character, such as fear-inducing holiness and awesome justice. At the moment, my Christian walk is a mixture of both love and fear of our most high King.
In college is when I started my membership at a local IFCA church. It was there I learned that God chose me, and not I Him! Meditating on this truth blows my mind away everytime.
Yes. I love spending times with God in the morning. Those days that I don't, I definitely feel an ache to open up my John McArthur Study Bible and lately, my copy of Elizabeth George's "Living with Passion & Purpose." It's a study guide for the book of Luke. I'm learning so much! I'm also going through 2 Samuel and Psalms--as my pastor's wife says, "A Psalm a day keeps the devil away." :)
Paul, b/c he had it all before encountering Christ. Then, he gave up all the fame and fortune to be used fully by God. Nevertheless, he wisely knew how to use his privileged background for the sake of the Gospel.

I like reading non-fiction, as well as classics, such as Jane Austen novels. I also like watching film adaptations of Miss Austen's work. In addition, I like to cook and crochet.
I was born in Anaheim, CA but spent most of my childhood in the southwest. Anyone heard of White Sands Missile Range Base? The only overseas traveling I've done is to Taiwan and S. Korea.
My parents separated for a while but are now back together and are doing really great. I am their only child. I'm used to moving around a lot, but I would miss being close to my family and friends
