short term goals: Become a better nurse, remodel my kitchen with the help of my grandpa, train a wild horse, possibly become a flight nurse, and grow in the fear and knowledge of my Lord and Savior, oh and live in AL (I am hoping the AF gets me there), I want to see the northern lights dance in the sky.

long-term goals: I am very interested in missions, a long term goal is nursing in Africa working with Image bearers of God. Also interested in getting my masters, not sure in what most likely Family health Nurse Practitioner maybe Peds NP as I believe this would assist me in my overseas nursing. I also love children, they are our future, if the Lord does not will that I marry I may just raise childen in Africa, or continue to babysit for people in need of a break. I also want to thruhike the Appalachian Trail.

I walk out my front door, jump in my truck and get out of the city ( I dont really live in a city, but its far to densely populated for me), and then I drive. I own a BLM mustang, she was born in the wilds of the NV basin. I spend a lot of time with her at a ranch where they also adopt other wild horses from all over the country, but mostly the outer banks of NC. I love riding her through the woods near the ranch, it is especially exhilarating to canter through the woods in the pitch blackness of night. I'm an avid biker, hiker, camper, backpacker, runner, soccer player, downhill skier, have completed triathlons, and participated in a bike century. I enjoy traveling, meeting new people from other walk of life and traditions, and seeing the vast imagination of our Creator. I enjoy the outdoors, but also like quilting, reading, writing, gardening, and baking. I like music, playing piano, and the symphony. I also spend a lot of time volunteering to babysit. I enjoy studying and discussing theology and doctrine, having my conversation saturated with the grace, and knowledge of Christ.

I love my family, I have 3 siblings, and I am very sad that I moved away from them all just over a year ago. I miss them greatly, but talk very often with them, and visit. However, even though we do not live in the same town we still draw strength from each other and continue a close relationship. My mom and dad have been Godly examples to me, and I am very blessed. I am disappointed that I have missed seeing my younger brother finish playing his high school sports.

My father is a minister, and the best of men. I could write pages on why I admire and respect my dad. One being that through all of my life, and the different opportunities and paths that the Lord has lead me through, he prayed that the Lord would make his plan known to me. He does not consider his own comfort or desire, or my own, but rather that the Kingdom be served, and that I be sanctified.

Relocating, well now I am at the mercy of the AF, so the idea of relocating is not a problem, but relocating to a specific area would be hard at this time.
