To only put a profile picture on it do this;

1. On your own computer, save the picture you want to post as your profile picture in a folder you can find.... depending on if you are a Mac user or a PC user that might be different.. but save it where you can find it. The file needs to be JPG and no larger than 600x600... use Image Resizer if it is larger.

2. On the SGS homepage click on the "My Profile" tab (don't mouse down the list.. just the tab itself). This takes you to your profile.

3. On your profile there are 2 buttons "Edit" and "Buddies" next to each other on the left hand side. Mouse over the "edit" button and go down the list to "Update Your Image" and click on that.

4. A window comes up with some generic "images" you could select. There is also "Browse" button and a "Upload" button next to each other. Click "Browse" to find a picture of yourself to post, this brings a window that let's search the folders on your computer.... this would be where you saved it on your computer in step #1.

5. Find the image you want in your folders on your computer and select it (that would be the "open" button).

6. Now you will be back at the "edit your details" page. The location of your photo will be seen next to the "Browse" and "Upload" buttons. Click "Upload" and you are done!

7. Your profile will reappear with the new photo displayed.
