Every time you try to create your gallery, a message pops up saying, “Gallery could not be created. We will take you back to the previous screen.”

While SGS has been tested with several browsers (FireFox, Internet Explorer, Opera, Netscape) and galleries have successfully been made with them all it is possible sometimes errors occur. Often these problems come from something not working right with the browser itself because of settings for cookies, Java, JavaScript, PopUps, etc.

Using the browser you have, check your settings in Internet Options (IE) or Options (FF) to see if your cookies permissions are set right. See Cookies settings.in the WikiFAQia section by using the Home tab. Be sure that your security software (Norton, MacAfee, etc.) is not blocking SGS and it's functions. You may need to change settings on your computer.

If you are using FireFox and have Addons for QuickJava, NoScript, Adblock, CSLite, or other similar extensions you may need to set your permissions in those to allow SGS site components.
