Login and go to "My Profile" (click on IT, not the drop-down), mouseover "Edit" then click "Update Your Profile."

Click the tab named "Profile" to change your answers to the profile questions.

When you are done editing your profile, click the button labeled "Update" at the bottom left of the page to save your profile.
