Once you Login to SGS and find a member with whom you would like to contact, select the "Send Email" on the right of the menu bar when you are looking at their Profile. You can also communicate with others using the Shout Box on the home page which is like an Instant Message Session with several people at the same time. There is also Forums which is found in the bottom of the drop-down menu under Members on the main menu bar.
