If you tried browsing by going to the ''Members'' tab and scrolling down to ''Browse Members'' then ''All Members'' and then ''Browse Men/Browse Women'' you will get a page that is not sorted by has all the members of the specified gender on it.
In order to search members by specifics from the ''Members'' tab scroll down to ''Search Members''. This will go to a page that allows you to select parameters. See more on how this search function works by going to "Can I search for members by age, denomination, location, etc.?"
