Please keep in mind that upgrading your browser or installing new security software or security patches may affect your _JavaScript settings. It is a good idea to double-check that _JavaScript is still enabled if you notice problems displaying pages with javascripting. Additionally, if your _JavaScript setting is set to 'Prompt', you may encounter a warning about downloading potentially dangerous scripts from a website that displays Google ads.

If you are still experiencing problems viewing the pics after ensuring that _JavaScript is enabled in your browser, please check if you have any personal firewall or security software installed.

Do you have personal firewall software installed

Installing personal firewall software on your computer may alter the appearance of JavaScripted pages or may interfere with the ability to view on these pages when displayed on your computer. The effects of this software can include pages/pics appearing without a visible URL or title, or not appearing at all.

In order to properly view pages with JavaScripting, we recommend ensuring that you have disabled any ad blocking or _JavaScript disabling features of your internet security software. Below is a list of some of the applications that may interfere with the ability to view these pages:

  • Norton Internet Security
  • Norton Personal Firewall
  • Norton Anti-Spam
  • Firefox Ad Blocker plug-in
  • Kerio Firewall
  • McAfee Firewall
  • Proxomitron
  • Windows XP Service Pack 2 with firewall enabled
For information on how to disable the ad blocking feature of a particular product, we recommend that you contact the support for that product directly. If you do not have any personal firewall software installed on your machine and are still having trouble viewing pics, please ensure that you have properly enabled _JavaScript for your browser.
