How old were you when you were drawn to Christ and how is your Christian walk these days?:	I was raised in a christian home, but despite several "professions" at a young age, I do not believe I truly came to a saving faith in Christ until I was 16. It has been quite a journey! It is all of grace ~ it is all of Christ! My family and I have both joined and attended several different churches over the years. I am currently attending a Presbyterian PCA church with my family despite being STAUNCHLY BAPTISTIC! :) There's just such a dearth of grace believing churches in our area. The preaching has been tremendous at this church ~ I must say the best I have ever heard in person. It is challenging, encouraging, and Christ exalting! But it is an ENORMOUS church and I feel rather lost & lonely in the crowd. :) So, inspite of a few differences, that's where I am right now, but I do consider myself to be very blessed under that ministry.
How have the Doctrines of Grace changed or affected your life?:	I feel for our arminian brothers & sisters because, while they are every bit as much children of the King, they cannot fully appreciate what was done for us without grasping the magnitude of man's TOTAL depravity & God's grace! It changes the way you see the whole world! Understanding that ultimately EVERYTHING is of God's decree and His good pleasure brings complete peace.
Do you have a "Quiet Time?" What are you studying?:	Currently studying in James. I am re-reading one of my all time favorites Why I Believe by Dr. D.James Kennedy. Apologetics fascinate me and this my favorite book to distribute as a witnessing tool. I have GREATLY profited through John MacArthur's books & tapes and am blessed to own most of his works. He's truly wonderful and I had the opportunity to visit his church last year!
Who is your favorite Biblical Character and why?:	Peter. His brash spirit but tender heart touch me every time! His final request upon his martyrdom says it all.
Are you content being single? Why? If not, why?:	Well... If I was totally content then I guess I wouldn't even be on here! :) I feel the want of the love, devotion, & friendship of a marriage. It is my heart's desire to be married & to be the help meet God designed me to be, but God has taught me the hard way that HE must be first.
What are four qualities your friends would attribute to you?:	Ok, so the poll said: compassionate, a great listener, loyal, and funny. Now how bout some faults to counter balance that? Let's start with shoes & chocolate... trust me it gets worse! :)
What are three things you are most thankful for?:	The FORGIVENESS & GRACE of our Lord! My family, friends, & cat oops! that's more than 3 things...
Describe the character and personality traits you enjoy in another person? What are yours?:	A good sense of humor!!! The more sarcastic the better! If you can dish it out, I can take it! I love a guy that can make me laugh.... On a serious note though, I enjoy the company of someone who is strong, but compassionate, confident, and shows leadership. He knows what he believes and why he believes it! Honesty is a must!
What contributed most to your previous relationship/marriage not continuing? How long have you been on your own since this relationship and what did you learn from the experience?:	I will happily share the details in a private discussion with you!
Do you have any favorite lines from movies, poems, songs, hymns or Scripture you would like to tell us about?:	My favorite hymns are "It Is Well with My Soul" and " O the Deep, Deep Love of Jesus"
Do you have any life-long goals? What are they?:	To be the best & most Godly sister, daughter, friend, wife, & mother that I can be And... I would really really love to visit Europe! Especially Italy, and not just for the pasta & Tiramisu!
How do you enjoy your leisure time? What do you do for recreation?:	I read whenever I get a chance. Cooking/ baking is a passion (as well as a necessity in a family of 5! haha). I also still have my horse, who has been with me 15 years, so I enjoy riding as weather permits. Love kayaking, canoeing, hiking,& white water rafting! I was in martial arts for over 4 years and miss it greatly. I also enjoy sewing and quilting. Bookstores & coffee houses! Music! I LOVE to travel! And honestly, don't tell anyone, but logging on to the sheriff's blotter/ police scanner several nights a week is the ultimate fun to me!!! I know ~ I'm weird! :) haha!
My ideal place to live is:	In the suburbs, In a small town, On the coast, A farm/cottage in the county
Where were you born and where have you traveled?:	Born in New Orleans. I grew up primarily in Louisiana, but I have also lived in Colorado. I travel to the San Diego area several times a year.... I love it out there!!!
Tell us about your family. How do you feel about relocating?:	I have 4 brothers, all younger than me. The oldest of them lives in California (thank you USMC!), but I usually get to see him at least twice a year (that's who is in most of my pictures with me in case you were wondering! ). I would miss my family, but not Misssissippi! haha! I view relocating as a part of "leaving and cleaving".
