How old were you when you were drawn to Christ and how is your Christian walk these days?:	Christ has drawn me to Himself all my life, but I began to recognize His calling and became more committed in my Christian walk in my late teen years. God continues to use circumstances in my life to humble me and to work His Word more clearly in my heart through the work of the Holy Spirit so that the older I get, the more I see the depth and beauty of God's revealed Word and the necessity of constant prayer in my everyday Christian walk.
How have the Doctrines of Grace changed or affected your life?:	They provide me with great comfort and assurance in that I know that God chose me unconditionally before the foundations of the world apart from anything I have done or will do. He continues to work providentially and sovereignly in my life to prod and refine me and bring me closer to Him.
Do you have a "Quiet Time?" What are you studying?:	Tabletalk by R.C. Sproul; a daily web devotional from Dr. James Montgomery Boice from the Alliance of Confessing Evangelicals website; I also "try" to keep up with a "read through the Bible in a year" program.
Who is your favorite Biblical Character and why?:	I can't say I have one favorite character. Characters that stand out in my mind, however, are Abraham, Moses, Joseph, David, Job, Peter, Paul. These men were all sinful and fell far short of God's just requirements from a human standpoint, but God graciously used them in their circumstances as examples of men of faith that He humbled and used powerfully in the outworking of His plan of salvation.
Are you content being single? Why? If not, why?:	I prefer to enjoy companionship through marriage as well as to have a family and I try to make this a matter of constant prayer.
What are four qualities your friends would attribute to you?:	Kind, down-to-earth, sincere, hard-working.
What are you most passionate about?:	Striving to learn and understand more about the richness and depth of God and His Word as summarized in the Reformed confessions and seeking God's help in applying these truths in my every day Christian walk.
What are three things you are most thankful for?:	God's grace (as so beautifully summarized in the Reformed confessions), my upbringing/family, health and ability to work.
Describe the character and personality traits you enjoy in another person? What are yours?:	Genuine, down-to-earth, caring, fun, loyal, motivated. I would say I exhibit these same traits.
Other than your parents, who has been the most influential person in your life and how?:	Other family members and friends through their encouragement, genuine care, example and Godly advice.
What contributed most to your previous relationship/marriage not continuing? How long have you been on your own since this relationship and what did you learn from the experience?:	I will gladly discuss this when the opportunity arises.
Do you have any favorite lines from movies, poems, songs, hymns or Scripture you would like to tell us about?:	Proverbs 3:5,6; Isaiah 53; Psalm 25; Psalm 139; Romans 8:32-34
What type of work do/did you do? How long have you been/were you in that line of work? Do/you enjoy it?:	I work for a wireless electronics company (since 2000) that designs and manufactures wireless computer modems. I enjoy the work - especially the technical aspect of it. I have done quite a bit of world travelling for this company over the last several years which has been both exciting but also stressful and disruptive to my life at times. I am now in a somewhat different position with the same company that requires less travel. I like to have a variety of responsibilities/challenges in a job - which I more or less do have in my present position.
Do you have any life-long goals? What are they?:	To continue to grow stronger in my Christian walk; to be content in being used by God for His purposes in whatever capacity He sees fit; to marry in the Lord and raise a family.
How do you enjoy your leisure time? What do you do for recreation?:	Exercising/swimming, reading, golfing, camping/hiking, rental property up-keep.
Where were you born and where have you traveled?:	I was born in Grande Prairie, Alberta. I have also lived in Smithers, BC and Lethbridge, Alberta. I have travelled (mainly for business) to many places in the US, also Mexico, South Korea, China, Taiwan, Japan, Germany, France, Spain.
Tell us about your family. How do you feel about relocating?:	My family members (parents and 2 married sisters) live 2 1/2 hours away, other than another married sister in the U.S. I would not be open to moving outside of southern Alberta unless God made it abundantly clear that He is directing me in this way.
