| Single- Never Married | |
| I am a non-smoker | |
| High school | |
| I would like to have children one day. | |
| I became interested in Christianity when I was in my teens, and tried a few different churches, but wasn't truly drawn to Christ and saved until a few years ago, in my early twenties. My walk? I'd say I'm growing, slowly. This has been a good year in many ways, but I still have so far to go. I guess that never stops as long as we're here on earth! |
|
| "T'was Grace that taught my heart to fear, and Grace my fears relieved" I know now, Praise the Lord! that it's not up to me.. left to my self, I would surely be lost but with God all things are possible. |
|
I do pray every day, and I read the Bible and study, but not as often as I mean to. I have also been attending a bible study twice a month with some very dear friends, and really feel like I'm learning there. Update: I am currently reading "The Christian Life" by Sinclair B. Ferguson, and "Finally Alive" by john Piper. I'm also reading in Exodus, Mark and Hebrews right now. Check out www.desiringgod.org and www.monergism.com |

| Other than Jesus, I'm still not sure | |
| "Yes and no" Yes, in day to day life I am fairly content; but this is not what I pray for for the rest of my life..I long to start my own family, to love my husband and raise up our children in the way of the Lord. | |
| I'll have to ask.. | |
| Jesus, home, family and friends | |
| -Honest -Kind -respectful -considerate -compassionate I would hope for a man who loves the Lord above all else; who puts family as a high priority, who would be the leader, provider, protector.I hope he will be a kind and honest man, and that I, by the Grace of God, may one day deserve such a man! In turn, I hope to be a kind, loving, honest and honoring helpmeet, a good and faithful wife and mother. | |
| I would say two of my close friends, sisters in Christ, who are always there to talk, discuss things, and encourage. | |
| I have not been in any relationships. This seems like a good place to add that I believe in courtship, after friendship of course, and that I think people tend to move way to fast these days towards physical intimacy before marriage, even those who profess to be Christians. | |
"He saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to his own mercy, by the washing of regeneration and the renewal of the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us richly through Jesus Christ our savior, so that being justified by his grace we might become heirs according to the hope of eternal life." "Titus 3: 5-7
"Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, oh Lord, my rock and my redeemer" Ps. 19:14 Romans 8:26-30, 1 Corinth. 13, Of course, Prov. 31, though it is somewhat overwhelming; I know I could never live up to that standard, but it is right and good to aim for it. " On Christ the solid rock I stand, all other ground is sinking sand.." " You come of the Lord Adam and the Lady Eve, said Aslan, and that is both honor enough to erect the head of the poorest beggar, and shame enough to bow the shoulders of the greatest emperor on earth. Be content." - C.S. Lewis Prince Caspian " GIVE ME YOUR EYES FOR JUST ONE SECOND/GIVE ME YOUR EYES SO I CAN SEE/EVERYTHING THAT I KEEP MISSING/GIVE ME YOUR LOVE FOR HUMANITY/GIVE ME YOUR ARMS FOR THE BROKEN-HEARTED, THE ONES THAT ARE FAR BEYOND MY REACH/GIVE ME YOUR HEART FOR THE ONES FORGOTTEN/GIVE ME YOUR EYES SO I CAN SEE" -Brandon Heath |

| My family has a small farm, homestead, and I work here with the animals and gardens, and also sometimes with my father in his woodworking shop. I also weave, spin, etc. and hope sometime soon to start weaving rugs to sell. | |
| I guess I would have to say the hope of being a part of a faithful family( I would love to have a large family, if God wills it!), raising and homeschooling Godly children, and living in a somewhat old-fashioned manner. I mean, living closer to God and closer to the land than is common these days. Observing the Sabath, Raising and growing as much of our own food as possible, being more aware of our duty as stewards and caretakers of both land and animals (as well as children!) Life at a slower pace than is common in this modern time. I wouldn't mind at all not having a TV, I think they do more harm than good. Not to say that I don't enjoy a good movie, but I also enjoy spending an evening playing cards or a board game, or (and I think this is my favorite for a winter night) my whole family in the living room in front of the fire, reading aloud. We all take turns reading, and whoever is not reading at the time can work on whatever handiwork they have going. It's altogether pleasant. | |
| I love history, and historical re-enacting; Horseback riding when I get the chance, walking or just being outside on a starry night,..so many other things too, I'll add more later. | |
| A farm/cottage in the county | |
I was born in MA, but moved to Maine when I was two weeks old, so I consider myself as being from ME. I have traveled mostly on the East cost, Nova Scotia CA, which is pretty close to us, and Once to AK and WA. My parents and sister and I went to Ireland in 2006, which was something I had always wanted to do. I would love to go back there someday to visit! There are so many other places that I would also love to see, but I am pretty happy here, too. I would love to do some traveling, possibly through a farm program like WWOOF (www.wwoof.org), but I think it would be nice to do with someone else..traveling alone isn't so much to my taste. |

I have an older brother who is married and lives in RI, and a younger sister who is still homeschooling. I live at home with my parents and sister. My family is not saved, sadly, but I pray for them and trust the Lord, his will is perfect. As for relocating; This is a difficult one for me, at least right now. We have a small farm here, and all hope it will stay in the family. We also have another piece of property that could be built on. we are working on expanding our home dairy a bit, and at the moment need all of us to be working on it. But of course, things can change.. we should talk about that later. |

| I enjoy an ocasional contra dance! There is one the fisrt Saturday of every month, in a town near me, that I usually try to get to. It's always a fun time. Contra dances are kind of like a square dane, or an English country dance. | |
| I have left blank the box titled "my view on drinking" because there is no choice to say simply " I don't drink". To say " I don't touch the stuff" sounds as if I strongly disapprove of drinking in general. While I certaily disapprove of drinking too much, I don't have a problem with someone who enjoys an ocasional beer or glass of wine. I just don't happen to like it myself. |
