My parents became Christians when I was around five. Ever since then, I've steadily felt drawn to Christ. It was never any specific moment for me. Some days/weeks/months/years are better than others. I rest assured in the fact that I am continually understanding more but I will never be fully perfect.
I have a lot of quiet time. I like being by myself with my activities as much as I like being around people. I am currently working through a journal devotional my parents bought me for Christmas. It's topical and pretty general but works for me. God speaks to me in a lot of other ways, and one of those most important is through music. He often convicts me and helps me realize, again, some small truth I missed along the way. I think of these moments as my quiet times as well.
I am. Although I say that, I know deep inside of me, I will be deeply disappointed if I never get married. But I've though a lot about this subject and I know that I will be content whatever God brings my way. He has a way of keeping me busy, no matter how miniscule my life may seem.
Ha. Passion. I could speak forever on this subject. I passionate about children, music, my faith, my family, friends, and homeschooling. These are just to name a few. I get passionate and opinionated about many things in my life.

My one very close friend and I have just discovered a love for hymns. Although we've always known them, we often bounce our favorites back and forth. Needless to say, I find new favorite lines every couple of weeks. This is my current.
I am currently a preschool teacher. I relate to children in a way that I don't always relate to adults. But this is not something I want to do forever. Once I marry, I intend to stay home with my children. Homeschooling has always been a goal of mine. I already have ideas on what that will look like! I think a lot about this subject.

I live in Ohio, and I would like to stay in Ohio. As much as I may complain about the weather, I like the diversity and I'm pretty proud of my state. Plus, my family is here. I don't know if I could leave them. The only traveling I have done is vacationing every summer. I love this about my family.
My family is so important to me. I've worked hard and am proud of the connections I've made with my family. I say now, that I don't think I could ever move. It would be like leaving a piece of my heart behind. But I'm a strong believer in not knowing what tomorrow brings (of course). So who knows if those plans would change.
I like keeping my hands busy. I often color design pages, or crochet, or sew. My friends call me old. I like that I'm moving in some way at least. I also love puzzle books, something I inherited from my Gramma. I like to think it keeps my mind fresh!
