It gave me a clear understanding of the prominent error in the church today, a preaching of a false gospel of unlimited atonement, whereby man is saved by His faith, not by the work of Christ.
Yes. I usually read a portion from the Greek New Testament.
John the Baptist. He wasn't afraid to speak the truth to anyone, though it would cost him his life. I have been accused of being so bold.
No. I desire to be married. Well, I accept my lot and know that it is well with my soul. I know I can still live and pursue after God being single, though there is much pain and sorrow in being alone and not having those desires fulfilled.

Gordon Haddon Clark. His writings have greatly influenced my thoughts. Some of his ideas are/were revolutionary. Some clarified my thoughts. Most, if not all, are clear, concise presentations of the Bible's teaching on a particular subject, as well as a cogent declaration of inferences to be drawn, and a consistent Reformed view of the system of truth taught in the Bible. Clark was America's Augustine, a brilliant mind, one of the greatest Christian thinkers alongside Calvin and Augustine.
