Right now my life is pretty occupied with raising my son who I adopted last year,. We have just moved back to my homeland and so are still settling in here. I am thoroughly enjoying this time to get to know my nephews and nieces again seeing as i hadnt seen them for already 5 years. If I make time I love to sew, read, visit with friends/family. I am looking forward to getting more involved in the church community where we attend.

In another person - Kindness and love and the desire to give time - time to listen and care. These all stem from the love of God but I really would like to see that extended to people around not just to me to get my attention.

Personality didnt really mesh well. He was very solicious to me but that didnt extend to people around. It was also a long distance relationship until we met and then I concluded it after our first meeting. There were parts that really worried me prior to meeting but I also wanted to give him a chance.

If I did it again, I would have done the same. I really believe that it was right to meet even with my niggling concerns, and I feel i gave it a fair go. It was obvioius on meeting that it wasnt going to work, and so prolonging it was not fair to either of us.

I would love to adopt again - to give my son a sibling or 2. But right now I need to focus finacially on buying  a house to provide for us and any other children

Born in Australia, started travelling when I was 19ish, to my sister who lived in The Netherlands. Did that a couple of times, then moved to Canada via The Netherlands. While living in Canada for jsut over 10 years, I travelled to Michigan, BC, Winnipeg, Haiti, Dominican republic, and then to Indonesia when on a visit home to Australia. And of course still lots of visits to Holland.
