I love to read, work outside, camp, playing racquetball, and going to the gym.

Divorced
I am a non-smoker
I don't touch the stuff
Some college
I don't know/not sure/if God wills.

I was 30 when the Lord saved me by his grace. Pron-ed to wander Lord I feel it. My daily family less worship keeps me on course. It is a cleft in the rock.

Really, I love the Word of God. It is an absolute anchor in my life.

I believe that they are true. The Lord started opening my eyes to these principals when He first saved me. The church I was attending was very shallow and superficial. but by Gods grace He lead me to a Reformed Baptist Church, and that is where I have been growing ever since.

T- I always thought that I was depraved, and now I am absolutely positive of it.

U-It has just made me that much more grateful of Gods Providences of grace to me, when I read for myself the first time how that The father had predestined me to have eternal life, I was blown away. And I was very surprised that the people that I was attending with were not that interested in talking about this truth with me.

L-Again it fills my heart with gratitude for His mercy.

I- This one is the hardest for me to get my mind around, but Jesus says it the best," All that the Father has given to me will come to me" It seems to be a matter of His will not ours.

P- It is our end, and our purpose.Jesus said "I give unto them eternal life". and no one can pluck them out of my hand, that includes me too. He looses none.

It causes me to rejoice and praise the Lord.

The Bible itself mostly
Joseph, he was the first person that I saw Christ in, I was amazed at how he was persecuted in his life and yet he remained faithful to God.

Yes and No. I do not believe that I have the gift of singleness, although If the Lord See's fit not to give me a true Christian woman, how could I be anything but grateful for his Providences.

Opinionated, Expensive, Charitable, Friendly

This observation came from one of my closest friends, he was surprised that I would publish his comments, not being that flattering and all, but I thought that an "off the cuff" answer would be most honest.

Honestly though I would like to give you my take on these opinions.

To be found "in Him in that day" living quietly and peaceably.
Gods Mercy, Grace, Love towards me.

Honesty, Fortitude, Gumption, a good work ethic, and someone who does what they say they are going to do.

Probably my Pastors, they are helping me to be a godly man.

It has been 7 years since she divorced me. What contributed?, probably, mostly unevenly yoked.

Let me also say that when I married this woman, she had two children 2 and 12 I love them still and treated them like my own flesh and blood. And at first everything was great, I was the greatest thing since sliced bread. Then by the time twelve years past, they (the kids) didn't need me anymore to be their dad, they were old enough so that they were able to re-kindled a new relationship with their father. And that drove a huge wedge in our relationship. I started receiving disrespect and huge attitudes. Naturally the mother sides with her flesh and blood, I think mostly because she has felt guilty all along, and I don't necessarily blame her, I may as well have done the same, but she was married to me and she was only going to have them with her for a definite period of time. So I hope you don't think me to little of a person, but I do not wish to marry into a ready made family again.

I'm sure I will miss out on meeting some fantastic people, but God will have to do some tremendous healing in my heart to let me love like that again. Please understand.

My favorite hymn is "Be Thou my vision"

One of my favorite passages in the bible has got to be the first chapter of Hebrews, because it exalts Jesus and The Father declares His Deity.

I'm a Carpenter and have been for 30 yrs. Both my Grandfather and my father were Carpenters It is a great trade but it is physically demanding. I hope I survive.

To be found in Him in that day. and to be content in what ever God brings my way.
A cabin in the woods

I was born in Michigan, I've traveled mostly in the States with a few trips to Montreal, and Quebec Canada, but for the most part I think there is plenty enough here for me to be satisfied with, America is beautiful.

If I had a chance to visit a foreign land I would like to see Tuscany, Italy

Not a big deal as long as there was a good reformed church and plenty of work.
4x4ing, Archery, Astronomy/Stargazing, Berry picking, Bus Tours, Camping, Canoe/Kayaking, Cards, Puzzles, Board Games, Chess, Climbing, Wall/Rock, Computers, Cooking, Dancing, Ballroom, Dogs, Drawing, Fishing, Frisbee Golf, Gardening, Go Karts, Go-Kart Racing, Golf, Health Clubs/Fitness, Hockey, Martial Arts, Movies, Movies at the Drive-in, Personal Training, Photography, Racquetball, Reading, Rock Climbing Wall, Shooting, Rifle, Shooting, Shotgun, Sightseeing, Skiing/Downhill, Snowshoeing, Softball, Volleyball, Volunteering, Walking, Water Parks, Waterskiing, Weight Training
I would have to say that my all time favorite thing to do as an activity would be dirt bike riding I started doing that at the age of 8 yrs. old, also I started down hill skiing at the same time. I don't do much of those things anymore, you know living in Florida and responsibilities, so now I find that I like to build buildings especially with fellow Christian men.
