If you have uploaded pictures to a image sharing site you can send those pictures in your message by inserting the link to it in the body of your text and clicking on the button that looks like a framed picture.

Another link on the menu bar allows you to send a hyperlink to your message recipient.

You can also use these buttons to insert pictures you uploaded to your gallery here on SGS.

To use the link buttons copy and paste the image URL location of the item you want to send by surfing to it and copying it's URL address from your browsers location bar (typically found at the top of your browser). Then paste that link into your message and highlight it and click one of the button that has the picture frame.
