Here is a changelog describing the most recent new features on Sovereign Grace Singles.  If you've wanted a feature SGS was missing, check back here because we might just have it now!

3-5-2010

Feature:

• My Profile - My Photos: We disabled the photo rating feature because we aren't HotOrNot.com.

Bugfix:

• My Profile: The "My Email" module no longer clutters the left column of the page.  Its functionality is already available under "My Profile - My Email," so it wasn't worth taking up the screen real estate on your profile.  It also no longer displays on others' profiles when you view their profiles via a member search.  The "My Newsletter Subscriptions" module has also been removed from this area for now since it wasn't as useful as we had hoped.

Bugfix:

• Rich IM: You can now click on the "view profile" button to see another member's profile when they are in the chat room.
  

Feature:

• Rich IM: You can now chat with buddies privately by opening your "My Profile - My Chat Profile - My Chat Buddies" page.  Here is more info on the rich IM feature.
  

Feature:

• You can now search by gender, age range, and whether a member has a photo right from the front page of the site!
  

Feature:

• You can now upload/delete photos directly in your profile!  This should make managing photos a lot easier.

Bugfix:

• You can now see the forum tools drop-down in the forums.

• If your first language isn't English, the Members per Country page will now translate SGS into your language!

• Now "Connections" and "Friends" have been consistently renamed "Buddies" throughout the site.

• Now simple searches are simple when you go to Search - Simple Search or Members - Simple Search.  No more confusing options!  (But of course when you want them you can still find them under Advanced Search.)

• The registration page now warns you if you enter what appears to be an invalid email address.  This will help prevent some members from never receiving their registration confirmation emails!

• Renamed & consolidated IM & Email links & tabs on user profiles so it's all called "Email" now, and all the email you send to other members will be saved in your "Outbox" on the site, and none will be lost anymore.
