I love music of all kinds! I love to drive in my car for long periods of time and just listen to music! I love movies as well! People ask me what my favorite movie is and I can never tell them, because there are so many good ones in different genres that you just can't pick an absolute favorite. Same with songs... you can't pick an absolute favorite song. I love reading as well. C.S. Lewis and Tolkien are a couple of my favorite authors. My interests are not at all limited to these things... I love to just chill and hang out with friends no matter what we are doing.

I was born and raised in a very solid Christian home. Both my parents raised all their children in the fear and admonition of the Lord and I hope to do the same with my children some day. Because of that, I have never really known a time when I have not known Christ. If I had to pin-point a time it would be when I was about 12 years old. That's when I really started to become serious about my personal walk with Christ. Through the years my relationship with Christ has only gotten stronger, thanks to His grace and patience. There have been times when I have not been the strongest Christian, but God has never given me up and continues to work in my heart so that I long more and more to serve Him.

Grace is really one of the most important things in my life, and I think it ought to be important for any Christian. It is only by the grace of God that I have known Him and loved Him. God's grace is what gives me the strength to persevere through even the toughest trials. I could not survive without the Grace of God.

To be honest, I struggle with this area of my Christian walk. However, right now I am doing my best to find time every day to read Scripture and pray. I am reading through 1 Corinthians right now. I also enjoy listening to sermons online.

Truly I can say that I am content being single right now. I would love to find the woman that God has called to be my wife, but at this juncture in my life, I am perfectly content to wait on the Lord.

I despise relationship games of any and every kind. I don't understand why people can't just be honest with each other no matter what, and deal with the consequences when they arise, if there are any. I don't like having to guess what the other person is thinking or feeling. I am a very, VERY open person, so I would like someone who is open as well and doesn't hide their thoughts or feelings.

I have had a couple past relationships that didn't work out. The reasons are quite complicated, but to put it simply, I believe we moved to fast. If you would like to know more, please just ask me, and I will be glad to fill you in. I've been living on my own now for almost 2 years. What I've learned from my past relationships is to take things slowly and prayerfully and to let the Lord guide us both to where we should be.

There are far too many hymns that I absolutely LOVE to name here. But here is one of my favorites:

I am in the Air Force. I enlisted almost 2 years ago (May 18, 2010) and I am in Security Forces. That's basically military police. I really enjoy the line of work, but it can be a little consuming. The schedule is also hard since I am limited on the Sundays that I have off. I miss being able to go to church every Sunday, but I also know that I am doing a job that needs to be done 24/7, so I am making some sacrifices. It won't always be this way. I am a very patriotic person and I absolutely love serving my country.

I have several goals for my life. I would like to become an officer in the military at some point. I would like to be a husband and a father. I would like to get my pilots license. In the future, I would like to be an elder in my church, if the Lord is willing. These are just a few.

I enjoy reading, watching movies, listening to music, playing sports, being outside, going to the beach, etc.

I was born in Colorado but I have moved around quite a bit. Since then I've lived in Alabama, Illinois, Mississippi, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and now Florida. I love to travel and I have been blessed enough to make it all the way to England, Scotland, France, Germany, Italy, and Jamaica. There are still a lot of places that I want to travel to, though. I would love to go to Greece, Egypt, Austraila, among others. I've been all over the US but it's such a pretty country that I love to travel throughout the US anyway.

I have a very large family and I love them all dearly! If you want to know more about them, just ask me... I will be more than happy to tell you about them! As far as relocating goes, I am in the Air Force, so I am used to relocating. ;)
