I have many interests but I usually don't have time for them all. I love all sorts of music and going to concerts. I enjoy cooking, gardening, decorating, sewing, beading and painting. I've also taken many dance classes and have been a DJ for ballroom dances and a wedding. I enjoy books, watching tv and movies, and going to the theater. I love the outdoors and visiting the beach and the mountains. I tried out snowboarding last year and had a great time. I'm currently taking a tennis class.

This year I'm starting a dinner club, sewing more, trying to learn Spanish, blogging, and reading at least one book a month.

I grew up attending church with my family. At a young age I was told about my need to know Jesus as my savior, and my sister helped me pray as I confessed sin. But looking back I see how Christ has saved me continually through his grace. I currently attend a wonderful church that urges me to seek after God's truth as we work our way through the gospel of Mark. I am currently reading through the Bible as a whole and am now reading through Exodus.

I have been commuting to work after getting a new job, and I have been utilizing the time alone in the car. I also spend extra time in the evening before bed.

I'm joining a reading group with the women in my church this month. I'm really looking forward to expanding my list of books and having good discussions.

One of my favorite people is King David. I admire his ability to be passionate and expressive and yet ever aware of God. His Psalms are so great to read and sing, I only wish I could hear his music. He must have been an amazing man. Was talking about thankfulness today, and I think David shows great wisdom in his Psalms about how to suffer through different life difficulties and be thankful for God's love and grace.

I desire to be content in all things and I confess that I am selfish and desire many things. It is important, however, to utilize your situation to the best of your ability. I hope that while I remain single I will be eager to explore ministries that I can do now, but it is my desire to find a life partner.

I love my family and my friends, and I love giving my time to them.

I am very devoted to my church and thankful for the fellowship of the saints.

I really enjoy cooking and making different foods. I suppose I could say I'm passionate about coffee. I like most ethic foods that I've tried.

Interior decorating, crocheting, jewelry making, sewing, flower arranging, cake decorating, and gardening are all things I love to do.

I am very thankful for my family. They are wonderful God-fearing people and I love being around them.

I am thankful that God provides for me.

I am thankful for my church family and friends and the fellowship of the saints.

Of course these things are all ideal: Commitment, dedication, hard worker, likes to lead, loyal, respectful, trustworthy, compassionate, loving, eager to learn something new, adventurous, fun, sense of humor, musical. Likes movies, dancing, camping, fishing.

My traits? ...loyal, fun, adaptable, quiet, forgiving, encouraging.

I have not been in a relationship for many years, and the ones I did have were very short and ended on mutual understanding of incompatibility.

I became a Mary Kay consultant last year in an attempt to raise income. I also enjoy meeting new people, and I love the opportunities I've been given with this new job.

I also work for a contracting company doing payroll and a few other office tasks. I just started in June, and I'm beginning to love working part time.

In the past I have worked as a church secretary, at a manufacturing company in shipping/receiving, and data entry at a couple of short term locations. I recently started Mary Kay as an independent sales consultant and hope to work and live by Mary Kay's values: "God first, family second, career third".

My desire is to leave the secular work world and establish a home as a wife and mother.

I'd also like to read through the classic books, which will be a very long term goal. Opera and music are fascinating to me so I'd like to go see and hear more of it.

I want to travel to Europe. My hope is to visit Ireland, Italy, Greece, Russia and Germany.

I love to go ballroom dancing and Cuban salsa, the theater, see a movie, the symphony, play tennis, or have friends over. I also enjoy walking, doing craft projects, playing games, and reading.

I enjoy being outdoors gardening, taking walks, watching live bands, grilling food, and playing yard games.

I drove across the country with my dad from Florida to Oregon a few years ago. I have been to Mexico but have not not been to any other countries.

As far as traveling goes, I'd love to do more. I want to visit smaller attractions like Broadway and go to a show, but I'd love to explore across Europe.

I have two brothers and one sister. My parents have been married for 38 years!

I live close to my sister and it would be hard to relocate, but I would if the right guy comes along. My brothers live in other states, so I don't get to see them as often.

Family is important, but as long as there is time and effort made to see them, relocating to start a new family is okay.
